• Eligibility:

Applicants must have served in the British Army or Royal Navy in Hong Kong for at least four years and must have been discharged before 1 July 1997

• Documentation:

Proof of service is required, including service number, details of service, enlistment date, and discharge date

• Dependent:

The primary applicant can apply with their spouse and dependent children

• Adult children:

If the children are adults, the primary applicant must prove that they were under 18 at the time of discharge and are currently living with the primary applicant and have not established their own families

• Deceased Applicants

If the primary applicant has passed away, their spouse and children still qualify to apply, provided they submit the relevant death certificate and meet the above requirements
