申请资格：
合资格居留年限：
- 申请人必须在英国连续合法居住满10年，期间可累积不同类型的签证
- 当前所持签证需已满至少1年
- 在这10年期间，如曾持访客签证、短期学生签证、季节性工作签证，或有逾期居留记录，该段时间将不计入有效居留年限
连续居住要求
申请人必须同时满足以下三项条件：
- 2024年4月11日之前，单次离境时间不得超过 184天
- 在2024年4月11日之前的相关期间，累计离境天数不得超过548天
- 2024年4月11日之后，任何连续12个月内的离境时间不得超过 180天
- 如因特殊情况（例如 COVID-19）或重大个人原因（如危及生命的疾病）而离境，可能被视为合理离境，欢迎联系我们了解详情

- 通过英国生活常识考试（Life in the UK Test）
