- 主申请人：
需持有 BNO 身份（有效或过期的 BNO 护照均可）。
- 家属：
可携同配偶、子女、孙儿及双方父母一同申请。
- 配偶：
包括已婚配偶、同性伴侣、同居未婚伴侣。
- 未成年子女：
18 岁以下子女需与父母其中一方一同申请。
- 成年子女：
1997 年 7 月 1 日后出生的成年子女可单独申请。
- 双方父母：
如父母无 BNO 身份，可作为“成年受养人”申请，需证明因年龄、疾病或残疾需长期依赖主申请人生活。
- 常居地：
所有申请人需长期居住于香港、英国或曼岛。
- 财政要求：
需提供相关资金证明。
- 肺结核测试：
必须通过肺结核测试。
- 记录申报：
如有刑事记录、破产记录、拒签记录等，需如实申报。
- 刑事记录考量：
移民局会考虑申请人的刑事纪录而作出判断，包括案件类别、犯罪日期、判处刑期及是否曾被判处监禁超过 12 个月等因素
申请流程：
- 可在曼岛境内或境外申请
- 标准处理时间为3个月。
- 签证有效期为 2.5 年或 5 年
- 在获批后，必须在180天内入境曼岛以满足居留要求；否则，您可能需要适时申请签证续签
申请资格：
- 申请人必须提供曼岛地址证明以及在曼岛居住的意向说明。
- 签证续签申请必须在曼岛境内提交。
- 如有刑事记录、破产记录、拒签记录等，需如实申报。

- 必须在曼岛境内申请

- 签证有效期为 2.5 年或 5 年
- 在申请审理期间，您的护照将由曼岛移民局保管，直至作出决定
申请资格：
- 必须在英国和曼岛持有效BNO签证连续居住满5年（即在英国持BNO签证的时间可计入曼岛的5年居住期）
- 在过去5年内，任何12个月期间不得离开英国和曼岛超过180天
- 符合英语要求（可提供相关学历证明或通过 B1 考试，18 岁以下 / 65 岁以上可豁免）
- 必须通过英国生活常识考试（Life in the UK Test）及曼岛生活考试（Island Test），考试地点为曼岛大学学院（University College Isle of Man），18岁以下或65岁以上可豁免
- 如有刑事记录、交通违规、破产记录、拒签记录等，需如实申报
- 所有申请人可在满五年期前 28 天提交申请
- 配偶与成年子女可单独申请
- 未成年子女须与双方父母一同申请，除非一方父母拥有单独抚养权或其他特殊情况方可豁免
申请流程：
- 必须在曼岛境内申请
- 标准处理时间为6个月
- 在申请审理期间，您的护照将由曼岛移民局保管，直至作出决定
申请资格：
- 在最近 5 年内，离开英国或曼岛的时间不得超过 450 天，且最近 12 个月内不得超过 90 天
- 必须已持有英国永久居留身份（Indefinite Leave to Remain）满 12 个月
- 需证明您在提交入籍申请当天的五年前曾身处英国或曼岛
- 必须品行良好；如有刑事记录、交通违规、破产记录或签证被拒记录，必须如实申报
- 申请时需提供 2 位推荐人

- 可在曼岛或英国境内申请
- 官方处理时间为6个月
