- 主申請人：
需持有 BNO 身份 (有效或過期的 BNO 護照均可)
- 家屬：
可攜同配偶、子女、孫兒及雙方父母一起申請
- 配偶：
已婚配偶、同性伴侶、同居未婚伴侶
- 未成年子女：
18 歲以下子女需與父母其中一方一同申請
- 成年子女：
1997 年 7 月 1 日後出生的成年子女可單獨申請
- 雙方父母：
如父母無BNO 身份，可作「成年受養人」 申請，需證明因年齡、疾病或殘疾需長期依賴主申請人生活
- 常居地：
所有申請人需常居於香港，英國或曼島
- 財政要求：
提供相關資金證明
- 肺結核測試：
必須通過肺結核測試
- 紀錄申報：
如有刑事紀錄、破產紀錄、拒簽記錄等，需如實申報
- 刑事紀錄考量：
移民局會考慮申請人的刑事紀錄而作出判斷，包括案件類別、犯罪日期、判處刑期及是否曾被判處監禁超過 12 個月等因素
申請流程:
- 可在曼島境內或境外申請
- 審批時間為約3個月
- 批2.5年或5 年
- 獲批後需在 180 天內登陸曼島，以滿足居住要求，否則需申請續簽
申請資格：
- 申請人需提供曼島住址證明和長居曼島的意向
- 續簽申請必須在曼島境內進行
- 如有刑事紀錄、破產紀錄、拒簽記錄等，需如實申報
申請流程:
- 需在曼島境內申請
- 審批時間為約3個月
- 批2.5年或5 年
- 審批期間曼島移民局將暫時保管你的護照，直到申請有結果
申請資格：
- 你必須在英國和曼島持BNO簽證，連續居住5年 (即在英國持有BNO簽證的居住時間也可以計入曼島的5年期間)
- 5 年內任何 12 個月內不離開曼島和英國超過 180 天
- 符合英語要求 (可提供相關學歷證明或通過 B1 考試，18 歲以下/65 歲以上豁免)
- 需在University College Isle of Man通過 Life in the UK and Island Test (18 歲以下/65 歲以上豁免)
- 如有刑事紀錄、交通違例、破產紀錄、拒簽記錄等，需如實申報
- 所有申請人可於滿五年期前 28 天申請
- 配偶和成年子女可單獨申請
- 未成年子女須與雙方父母一起申請，除非一方父母有單獨撫養權或其他特殊情況才可豁免
申請流程:
- 需在曼島境內申請
- 審批時間為約6個月
- 審批期間曼島移民局將暫時保管你的護照，直到申請有結果
申請資格：
- 最近5 年內不離開英國或曼島超過 450 天，最近12個月不離開超過 90 天
- 最近12個月須持有永居身份
- 證明你在入籍申請當日的五年前是身處英國或曼島
- 必須具備良好的品格；任何刑事紀錄、交通違例、破產紀錄、拒簽記錄，需如實申報
- 需提供兩個推薦人
申請流程:
- 可在曼島或英國申請
- 審批時間為6個月
