申请资格：
- 资格条件：
申请人必须曾在香港服役的英军或皇家海军中服役至少四年，并且必须在1997年7月1日之前退役
- 所需文件：
需提供服役证明，包括军人编号、服役详情、入伍日期及退役日期
- 家属申请：
主申请人可与其配偶及受养子女一同申请
- 成年子女：
如子女已成年，主申请人需证明其在退役时子女未满18岁，且目前仍与主申请人同住，未建立独立家庭
- 已故申请人：
如主申请人已去世，其配偶及子女仍可申请，但需提交相关死亡证明，并符合上述其他条件
申请流程：
- 可在英国境内或境外申请
- 处理时间约为3个月
- 一经批准，申请人将获得英国永久居留身份；若希望申请英国国籍，则需在英国居住满5年
