申請資格：
- 退伍軍人：
申請人必須曾在香港英國皇家陸軍或香港皇家海軍服役至少四年，並且必須在1997年7月1日之前退伍。
- 證明文件：
申請時需提供證明文件，確認服役號碼、服役詳情、入伍日期及退伍日期
- 家庭成員：
主申請人可以連同配偶和未成年的子女一起申請
- 成年子女：
若子女已成年，需證明主申請人在退伍時，子女仍未滿18歲，且目前仍與主申請人同住，尚未建立家庭
- 已故申請人：
如果擁有香港退伍軍人資格的主申請人已去世，其配偶和子女仍然有申請資格，家屬需提供相關的死亡證書，並符合上述要求
申請流程:
- 可在英國境外或境內申請
- 審批時間約3個月
- 獲批後將獲得永居資格，但若想進一步成為英國公民，需在英國定居5年
