and<\/p>\n<p>\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u9700\u8981\u8b49\u660e\u7236\u6bcd\u56e0\u70ba\u5e74\u9f61\u3001\u75be\u75c5\u3001\u6b98\u75be\u7684\u7de3\u6545\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u9577\u671f\u7684\u7167\u9867\u624d\u80fd\u9032\u884c\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b<\/p>\n<p>(b) form part of the same household as the BN(O) Status Holder who has, or is at the same time being granted, permission; and<\/p>\n<p>\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u548c\u7236\u6bcd\u5fc5\u9808\u540c\u4f4f<\/p>\n<p>(c) be unable, even with the practical and financial help of the BN(O) Status Holder or the partner of the BN(O) Status Holder, to obtain the required level of help in Hong Kong, if the BN(O) Status Holder or the partner of the BN(O) Status Holder move to the UK, either because the help (i) is not available, and there is no person in Hong Kong who can reasonably provide it;
